Preparation and Demolition:
Remove wood floor, check subfloor for the mold, remove toilet.
Floor Tiling, Painting
Fix the subfloor if mold or wet, tile the floor, grout the floor.
Install / Paint Baseboard - 3" regular baseboards
Install new toilet (toilet purchased by client)
Put the existing vanity back. Install Countertop with sink and 3" backsplash quarts
COUNTERTOP: Size: 41" X 23", (white with grey veins or grey ) one hole for faucet, sink cutout
Install faucet. Install accessories (toilet paper holder & towel)
Install 2 recessed LED lights . Replace wall fixture
Paint white - ceiling and walls - paint is included
Cost before tax: $4850

Tiles
We recommend buying tiles in Special Tile stores. Check the quality of tiles before purchasing. Buy samples (you can return it after) - check how you feel, how easy you can clean it if you stand on it, try water, dirt on it. No Black Tiles for the floor.
Floor and decor For the floor better porcelain tile . The one I showed you is about $ 4.5 /sf , made in Italy at Floor and Decor
