A Helpful Checklist is key to defining your scope of work and knowing who will be doing what for your project. Each of these below areas makes up a basic kitchen remodel project budget.

Bathroom Remodel Check List

The  bathroom remodel checklist typically includes defining goals, planning the layout and design, setting a budget, selecting materials and fixtures. Then the construction phase   begins:  the demolition, plumbing, electrical, and installation phases, tiling, culminating in finishing touches and a final inspection. 

Clients Check List:  Finishing  Materials

  • Fixtures:  -  Wall Vanity  Lightings, Mirror with LED, LED in Shower Niche, Recessed LED Lighting for ceiling.
  • Floor Air Vent, Ceiling Mounted Exhaust Fan, Towel warmer, Underfloor Heating Systems
  • Shower Pan/ Base, Shower Drain
  • Shower System with Shower Head, Hand Shower, Slide Bar, Shower Arm, Hose, Control Valve and Valve Trim
  • Glass Shower door/sliding door or shower glass
  • Vanity,  Vanity Hardware, Vanity top, Vanity faucet, Sink and Sink Drain
  • Insert for the shower niche
  • Tiles for  the shower walls or   niche 
  • Tiles for  the shower shower floor  (mosaic or small tiles)
  • Tiles for the bathroom main floor area (can be same as tiles for the shower walls or different)
  • Door(s) (pocket door, entry door etc), Moulding (baseboards, crown molding, etc).
  • Bathroom Accessories, Art/ Decor, Window Treatments


ORDERING: Once you are happy with the budget and the finishing materials, it’s time to start ordering. Some items can have long lead times and it’s best to get everything on site before we start. Some special order items might take 4 – 5 weeks after you order before they arrive. There are some things you can ultimately do a bit later, but if we work on your project please  make sure we have everything we need to get things done without a delay.
