This renovation involves condo flooring, except kitchen area and guest bathroom. Updating guest bathroom and remodeling bedroom bathroom.
All finish materials supplied by client. We can help with sourcing, selection, purchasing and items delivery (medium, heavy, big size) inside the condo (additional cost apply)

SCOPE OF WORK:
Preparation and Demolition:
Obtain all documents necessary for condo management to start renovation. Demolish carpet, Remove baseboards. Remove old vanities, medicine cabinet, toilet, mirrors, shower inserts, base and glass doors. Replace furniture in one room.
Cost for Preparation and Demolition: $3500
Flooring
Selecting, Preparing, and installing new flooring in a space according the plan. Floor: LVP, Area 730 SF (marked area). Prepare and clean floor. Put underlayment according condo management requirements. Put floor. Prepare New baseboard. Paint New Baseboards. Put baseboards back, Calk baseboards.
Cost:
Flooring - $2500 (if condo is empty ) $3000- with furniture
Baseboards - $2000

Bedroom Bathroom: Bathroom Area: 5'3" X 8'
- Floor - same LVP as in the bedroom
- Replace the old vanity with new floating vanity, width 33", secure it to the wall, change the faucet.
- Replace shower. Made it deeper if possible. Create and install a mud set pan. Set a single sheet membrane between the mud set and the tile and run it up the shower walls a minimum of 12" to provide ultimate water barrier. 12X24 or 24X24 tiles. Base tile mosaic
- Install new Shower System, same design as existing. Shower Curb. Plumbing
- Niche- insert pre-made niche, black color
- Install new Shower sliding doors.
- Replace toilet.
- Put accessories. Remove big mirror, patch the drywall, paint the walls of entire bathroom in white color.
Cost for Bedroom Bathroom: - $11,000
Guest Bathroom:
No Floor change, No bath tube area change, no tiling.
- Replace the old vanity with new floating vanity, 36" or 39" secure it to the wall, change the faucet.
- Replace old medicine cabinet with the new cabinet, same dimensions
- Replace toilet, Remove big mirror, patch the drywall, paint the walls of entire bathroom in white color.
- Put accessories.
Cost for Guest Bathroom: $4,000
Total Cost before Tax: $23.500
Price includes rough materials. Client is responsible for finishing materials and delivery inside the condo: Floor, Underlayment (condo requirements), tiles, vanities, Shower doors, Shower system, accessories, etc). 3 Years Warranty included.

TILES
We recommend buying tiles in Special Tile stores. Check the quality of tiles before purchasing. Buy samples (you can return it after) - check how you feel, how easy you can clean it if you stand on it, try water, dirt on it. No Black Tiles for the floor. Wall: Max 2 different types of tiles for the small bathroom. Look for 12X24, 24X24, 24X36 - most popular. If it is small
