Preparation, Demolition, All Garbage Disposal:

Remove all tile from the floor, remove existing hardwood floor on main floor  and upper floor.

 Master Bathroom:   -  remove floor, step, remove tiles,  remove old shower, toilet, vanity.

Upper Bathroom:   -  remove floor, tiles, vanity, remove old shower, toilet.

Main floor Bathroom:   -  remove floor, all  tiles, vanity, old shower, toilet. -  all up to studs and sub floor

BATHROOMS

PROJECT 1. MASTER BATHROOM

1. Rough-In: Electrical & Plumbing


Electrical Work

  • Review the existing electrical layout with the client.


Plumbing Work

  • Install new shower system and mixer.
  • Check and adjust shower drain as needed.
  • Inspect existing vanity plumbing and adjust connections for the new vanity cabinet.
  • Install or reinstall toilet and two faucets.


2. Finishing Work

Tiling

  • Tile shower walls from floor to ceiling.
  • Tile shower floor with mosaic tile.
  • Tile entire bathroom floor, including the toilet area.
  • Install and tile a shower niche (approx. 32" W x 16" H).
  • Install custom shower glass partitions/door.
  • Tile the wall around the bathtub from the top of the tub up to 24 inches.

Waterproofing & Substrate

  • Use cement board or equivalent (DensShield, Schluter Kerdi-Board, or Wedi Board) for shower walls and floor substrate.
  • Apply waterproofing membrane to all wet areas to ensure moisture protection.


3. Vanity Area

  • Install new vanity unit.
  • Install vanity-mounted faucets (to be confirmed with the client).
  • Connect plumbing and secure units properly.


4. Paint & Finishes

  • Demolish decorative wall features around the mirror (if applicable).
  • Patch and prepare walls and ceiling for painting.
  • Apply moisture-resistant paint on all surfaces.
  • Install baseboards throughout the bathroom.


5. Lighting

  • Install vanity wall lighting as per design.
  • Add electrical outlet for LED mirror, if required.
  • Install recessed lighting with a dimmer switch for adjustable ambiance.


6. Bathroom Accessories

  • Install selected accessories

Project1 Cost before tax :  $13,350

(Demolition /disposal is included in main demolition)


Included:  Labor and Rough Materials. 

 Finishing Material provided by client  (tile, vanity, mirrors, lighting, shower glass partition, shower  sliding doors, shower hardware,  shower system, faucets, etc ) before the work starts. Approx. cost: 5000$

Specifications, design, and a complete list of materials must be finalized before work begins.

PROJECT 2. UPPER BATHROOM

Rough-In, Electrical, Plumbing


Remove tiles. Remove wall  with door between vanity and shower / toilet area, making open space. Leave pony wall  separating shower and vanity.


Electrical work:


  • Review the existing electrical layout with the client. Discuss if  additional electrical  outlets are needed. 


Plumbing:

Shower, New shower System,  Mixer, Check Shower Drain .   Check existing vanity plumbing and new vanity cabinet. Made adjustment if needed. Install new toilet, 2 faucets


Finishing

Tiling

  • Tile shower walls from floor to ceiling. Tile the shower floor. Ttile a shower niche (approx. 32" W x 16" H).
  • Tile shower floor with mosaic tile. Tile entire bathroom floor
  • Install the shower glass partitions  and door  (custom glass)


Shower glass door / partition – Client Custom Order or pre-made from store


2. Bathroom Floor  and Walls

Flooring

  • Install floor tile (24” x 24”) including toilet room
  • Mosaic tile for shower floor
  • Ensure proper leveling, alignment, and waterproofing at all transitions.


3. Vanity Area

Vanity Unit

  • Install vanity unit -  72" , faucets. Connect plumbing and secure units properly.


4. Paint & Finishes

Paint

  • Patch and prepare walls and ceiling for painting.
  • Apply moisture-resistant paint on all surfaces (2 coats, painting is included)
  • Install  baseboards.

5. Lighting

  • Install vanity wall lighting per design.


6. Bathroom Accessories

  • Install selected accessories


Project 2 Cost before tax :  $11,500

(Demolition /disposal is included in main demolition)


Included:  Labor and Rough Materials.

 Remove the old tile, level and prepare subfloor for flooring.

Labor

Price per SF -  $5/SF, Estimated Floor Area: 2900SF



Project 4 Cost before tax  $14,500 (Demolition /disposal is included in main demolition)

Price per SF -  $5/SF for engineered wood floor, click and lock, Estimated Floor Area: 2900SF
