SCOPE OF WORK

1. First Floor Ceiling Repair

Prepare a ceiling for drywall installation, patch effected area,  and painting the  ceiling (paint is included)


 2. Shower Remodeling

  • • Site preparation & protection.  Old wall tile removal in Shower Area, Disposal & Surface Preparation
  • Shower walls and floor/base preparation, waterproofing, (Kedi Board or Cement Board), no Electrical or  Plumbing
  • Tiling, grouting, shower walls and  shower floor 
  • Re-installing existing Shower System
  • Re-Installing existing Glass Side and Door and secure sealing
  • Paint  wall and ceiling






Cost before tax :  $12,000

 ** If  tile entire floor: remove the toilet, put tile, install new baseboards, re-install the toilet:

Project Duration:  8-10  business days
