Project Overview:
- Full remodel of the master bedroom, including structural changes - total existing closet demolition, creating new walk-in closet by building new wall, Moving the wall in the corridor, opening the supporting wall and adding new walk-in closet space. Moving the window and Installing the the window. Fixing / Installing outside siding.
- Remodeling and expending the entry closet.
- Complete Bathroom remodel.
PROJECT 1: MASTER BEDROOM: SCOPE OF WORK
Design, plan, finished materials and detailed scope of work to be discussed. This process ensures the final space is functional, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing.
- Full remodel of the master bedroom, including structural changes - total existing closet demolition, creating new walk-in closet by building new wall, Moving the wall in the corridor, opening the supporting wall and adding new walk-in closet space. Moving the window and Installing the the window. Fixing / Installing outside siding.
- Remove existing closet, open the structural wall to create a closet, build a new wall for closet .
- Move the window up and center. Install new window. Replace siding outside to adjust
- Move bedroom entry door to the right
- Installing a "jib door" system, a flush-mounted, frameless door that sits completely flat with the wall.
- Flooring (Carpet), Painting - walls and ceiling.

- Expend existing closet on the right and left for walk-in closet with door in the corridor
- Create the entry group facing the entrance
- Use the striped panels for finishing and uniform look

PROJECT 3: BATHROOM RENOVATION: SCOPE OF WORK
Design, plan, finished materials and detailed scope of work to be discussed. This process ensures the final space is functional, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing.
Preparation and Demolition:
Remove floor, bath tube and tube enclosure, vanity, remove toilet, wall light, medicine cabinet. Responsible for debris disposal and taking protective measures for the rest of the house during the project.
Rough-In, Electrical, and Plumbing
Shower Niche: Create a shower niche, centered, with finished dimensions - custom size. Prepared for an integrated top LED strip on the top. Prepare the niche for tiling.
Vanity Wall: Prepare the wall to accommodate a new floating vanity. Close right niche for medicine cabinet
Electrical: Reposition and install electrical wiring for the following
- Outlet for LED strip light in the shower niche.
- Outlet for Mirror with LED - if mirror with LED
- Outlet for regular toilet with a smart seat.
- All outlets shall be GFI protected.
Plumbing:
- Install new bathtub, maintaining the existing drain location. Install toilet with smart seat.
- Install new floating vanity with sink (same size as existing) and faucet.
- Install new shower system with mixer.
Finishing
Bathroom All Walls and Niche Tiling (with LED Strip):
- Tile the bathtub area walls from the tub to the ceiling.
Bathroom niche - use 45-degree miter cuts without trim pieces. LED lights on top
Bathroom Floor Tiling: Tile the entire bathroom floor.
Toilet: Install a smart toilet, elongated style, with GFI-protected plug.
Vanity: Install floating vanity with sink (vanity provided by client). Install faucet.
Bathroom Accessories: Install bathroom accessories including towel bar, robe hook, toilet paper holder, etc. Install mirror above vanity and wall light
Lighting:
- Install wall light fixture above vanity.
- Install two recessed ceiling lights
- Install LED strip light in the bathtub niche (top).
- Client is responsible for supplying the LED shower kit.
Paint:
- Paint walls and ceiling. Paint to be provided by the company.
