SCOPE OF WORK

Preparation and Demolition:

Remove floor (carpet) in the living room, floor in the kitchen and bathroom, bath tube, bath enclosure, tiles in the bathroom , toilet, vanity cabinet, toilet, vanity. Remove big mirror Remove kitchen cabinets and countertop. Dispose.

Cost before tax for Demolition : $2,000

Project 1 Complete Bathroom Remodel

Bathroom - convert bath tube to shower, pre-made base for shower, tile shower area up to ceiling, install new shower system, tile floor, install shower sliding door, install new toilet toilet, install new vanity, new faucet, remove big mirror, change to new modern mirror , install new lighting on the wall, paint walls and ceiling

Cost before tax : $9,000 Included: Labor and Rough Materials.
