SCOPE OF WORK:  Check for the mold.  If it is localized  only in the shower area   replace the subfloor only in this area. If it is spread  check, replace accordingly

Preparation and Demolition:

Remove  all tiles.   podium,  bath tube, vanity, baseboards,  mirror. 

Finishing

Floor - one level, remove podium:

Option1: LVP

Option 2:  Tile

Shower Area:

 Keep Pony wall on the shower right -  for shower glass support - see images below  to use the same glass as before

Wide Niche on the front wall

Tiles -  up to ceiling

Bath tube Area:

 Remove all existing. Replace with stand alone Bath tube. Put niche on the right wall. Put tile up to ceiling  around window , to be continuous with front shower wall

Paint:   Primer + 2 coats of paint Walls and ceiling, Install  baseboards. 

Vanity:   Install vanity  and faucet with protective 3"-4" quarts back splash. 

Lighting: Install wall lights in 2 sides of vanity, 2 Mirrors and  Accessories
