Preparation and Demolition:

Remove old window in the kitchen (40X40), old lvp floor, cabinets, old tiles (area  50sf ) floor to prepare for remodel

Rough-In, Electrical, Plumbing

Install window

Install new window (40X40) with frame  at the same location.

Rough-In

Shorten ceiling duct for hood (cut)  for 12 inches, patch ceiling where there was the old hole for duct

Electrical work:

Add recessed lights  to ceiling , add 2 wall sconces and 1 section outlet to existing.

Plumbing:

Adjust dishwasher location

Finishing:

Floor:

Tile floor  (286sf)  with 24X24 or 15X36 tile

Install Kitchen Cabinets   (Cabinets come already assembled) -  8 base cabinets, 5 wall cabinets -  see the  plan
