Project Overview: This renovation involves a upgrade of the 2 bathrooms, including demolition, new shower and new bath tube
BATHROOM 1 - with shower
PLAN
SCOPE OF WORK
Preparation and Demolition:
Remove shower enclosure and Glass. Re-install toilet and vanity to prepare for LVP flooring
Rough-In, Electrical, and Plumbing
Shower Niche with insert:
- Create a shower niche with insert centered, for insert : 12"x 24"
Shower Plumbing:
- Install new shower system with mixer.
- Pre-made base from home depot 33X33
Finishing
Waterproofing & Substrate:
- Use cement board with a waterproofing guard for shower
- Use shower base 33X33 from Home Depot
Shower Wall Tiling
- Tile the shower area 33"x33 "walls, niche insert for 12X2, no niche tiling
- Standard size tile
- Install glass door, 33"
Bathroom Floor:
- Remove toilet, remove vanity, put LVP floor and baseboards. Install toilet and vanity.
Cost before tax : $7,800
Included: Labor and Rough Materials. All the finished Materials supplied by Client.
Hidden or unforeseen issues. If, during the renovation, any hidden or unforeseen issues are discovered that are not included in the agreed scope of work, the client shall be responsible for any additional costs required to address them.
Project Duration: 7-8 business days
Included Warranty: 3 years

Preparation and Demolition:
Remove bath tube, enclosure. Re-install toilet and vanity to prepare for LVP flooring
Rough-In, Electrical, and Plumbing
Bath tube:
- Install the new bath tube, same drain location
Electrical:
- No electrical
Plumbing:
- Install new shower system, maintaining the existing drain location.
- Install toilet as before
- Install vanity as before
Tiling
- Tile the bath tube area walls
- Insert for niche : 12x24, no tiling . insert centered, for insert : 12"x 24" Standard size tile
Waterproofing & Substrate:
- Use cement board with a waterproofing guard on all bathtub area walls. Install new bath tube
Bathroom Floor:
- Remove toilet, remove vanity, put LVP floor and baseboards. Install toilet and vanity
Cost before tax : $7,800
